Question:Can you send me free samples?
Answer: Sorry,we can not. Our samples are not in-stocks, we have to buy raw materials for samples according to your requirements and handmade it.So you have to pay the sample charge and shipping cost,the sample charge will refound after you placing the bulk order.

Question:What's your quality guarantee ?
Answer: When you confirm the samples, we will make the products strictly according to your requirements. When you find issues after received the all products, please show us the pictures of quality issues,we will negotiation with you to handle it.
